Our Story
CASA DEL LIBRO, INC. was founded as a Kindergarten in 2006 by Mrs I Dulu together with Dr. Imee Dulu-Corpuz, PhD, and her 2 siblings Mrs. Ivy Dulu -Badilla and Mrs. Iriz Dulu-Macatangay. The original name was Candy Apple Sugar School - taken from their nicknames. It was soon renamed to Casa Del Libro - which means House of Books.
The school started with only 12 preschool students coming from the neighborhood of Olivarez South Homes Biñan, Laguna.
Now, CDLI has a wide range of programs within an integrated blended curriculum that promotes the importance of school and family working together to achieve our students’ education that not only focuses on academics but more importantly on their character formation and community service.
